• كل من يستوفي الشروط سيكون من المكرمين بالجائزة

• التطوع يجب ان يكون عن طريق المنصات التطوعية المعتمدة كمنصة متطوعين الامارات، مركز الشارقة للتطوع، هيئة الهلال الاحمر الاماراتي، ...

• مجموع الساعات التطوعية خلال عام 2024 من مختلف المنصات يجب ان لا يقل عن 100 ساعة تطوعية

• الجائزة متاحة لجميع الجنسيات

• Anyone who fulfills these conditions will be awarded the prize

• Volunteering must be through approved volunteer platforms such as the Emirates Volunteer Platform, the Sharjah Volunteer Center, and the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, ...

• The total volunteer hours during the year 2024 with various platforms must be no less than 100 volunteer hours

• The award is available to all nationalities

طلب شهادة إفادة من الجامعة حديثة باستمرار الدراسة موجهة للجائزة وتفيد/تأكد بان الطالب ملتحق بالجامعة، ويفضل انها تكون:

✅ موجهة ل"جائزة الشارقة للعمل التطوعي" 

✅ وباللغة العربية

الشهادة تعرف ايضاً ب:

"شهادة استمرارية الدراسة = Enrollment Certificate"

طريقة الحصول عليها:

هذي الشهادة/الرسالة تقدرون تطلبونها من الجامعة بالاغلب من خلال قسم التسجيل (Registration Office)، والي تقدرون تطلبونها من خلال الموقع الالكتروني او بالايميل حسب النظام المتبع في جامعتكم

Request a recent certificate from the university confirming the continuation of studies directed to the award and stating/confirming that the student is enrolled in the university, preferably:

✅ Addressed to the “Sharjah Award For Voluntary Work”

✅ in Arabic

Certification is also known as:

"Certificate of continuity of study = Enrollment Certificate"

How to get it:

You can request this certificate/letter from the university mostly through the Registration Office, or you can request it through the website or by email according to the system followed at your university.

هنا شرح لطريقة اصدار الشهادة من مختلف المنصات المعتمدة في جائزة الشارقة للعمل التطوعي

Here is an explanation of the method of issuing the certificate from the various platforms approved by the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work

منصة متطوعين الامارات

Volunteers.ae Platform

تستطيعون اصدار الشهادة مباشرة من خلال اتباع الخطوات التالية

You can issue the certificate directly by following the following steps

• زيارة الموقع الالكتروني ( www.volunteers.ae ) 

• تسجيل الدخول

• الذهاب الى"الملف الشخصي"

• الضغط على "الخدمات الالكترونية"

• ضمن خانة "الرسائل/الشهادات"

• قم باختيار الفرصة/الفرص التي ترغب باصدار الشهادة لها، ثم اضغط "تنزيل"

• قم باختيار "KU"، (ملاحظة: حتى لو ما كنتو من جامعة خليفة استخدمو هذي الشهادة، لان الشهادة الي باسم جامعة خليفة تحتوي على "verification link” والي يشابه الختم الالكتروني وفيها كل المعلومات الي الجائزة تطلبها)

• التأكد من ان الشهادة مشابهة للشهادة الموضحة في الصورة في الاسفل

• Visit the website ( www.volunteers.ae )

• Sign in

• Go to "Profile"

• Click on "E-Services"

• Under "Letters / Certificates", select "Opportunities"

• Select the opportunity(s) for which you would like to issue the certificate, then click “Download”

• choose “KU” (Note: Even if you are not from Khalifa University, use this certificate, because the certificate in the name of Khalifa University contains a “verification link” which is similar to an electronic seal and contains all the information that the award requires)

• Ensure that the certificate is similar to the certificate shown in the image below

تستطيعون طلب الشهادة من خلال اتباع الخطوات التالية

You can request the certificate by following the following steps

• زيارة الموقع https://www.emiratesrc.ae/auth

• اضغط على "لخدمة غير المتطوعين انقر هنا"

• قم بتعبئة البيانات

• قم بدفع رسوم اصدار الشهادة

• قم بتصوير الايصال وارساله عبر البريد الالكتروني الى قسم المتطوعين في هيئة الهلال الاحمر لتسريع عملية استلام الشهادة ( volunteer@rcuae.ae ) 

• You can request the certificate by following the following steps:

• Visit https://www.emiratesrc.ae/auth

• Click on “For non-volunteer service click here”

• Fill in the data

• Pay the certificate issuance fees

• Photocopy the receipt and send it via email to the Volunteer Department at the Red Crescent Authority to speed up the process of receiving the certificate (volunteer@rcuae.ae)

 للمشاركات التطوعية في الجامعة، تستطيعون التواصل مع القسم المسؤول عن الخدمة المجتمعية في جامعتكم وتطلبون منهم رسالة/شهادة يأكدون فيها مجموع ساعاتكم التطوعية في عام 2024 فقط، واهم شي الرسالة تكون مختومة!!!

For volunteer participation at the university, you can contact the department responsible for community service at your university and ask them for a letter/certificate confirming your total volunteer hours in the year 2024 only, and the most important thing is that the letter be stamped!!!

You may request this letter from the Community Service Unit by sending an email to (csu@ku.ac.ae)

بطاقة عضوية ممنوحة من احدى الجهات ك (هيئة الهلال الأحمر، مركز الشارقة للتطوع، ...)

A membership card granted by an entity such as (the Red Crescent Authority, the Sharjah Volunteer Center,...)

في حال لم تكن تمتلك بطاقة عضوية، قم باختيار احد الخيارات التالية واتبع الخطوات المذكورة:

اصدار بطاقة تطوع بشكل فوري وعن بعد من خلال "مركز الشارقة للتطوع" من خلال اتباع الخطوات التالية

• زيارة موقع "مركز الشارقة للتطوع": https://sssd-volunteer.shj.ae 

• التسجيل وانشاء حساب جديد

• بعد اتمام مراحل التسجيل وتفعيل الحساب عبر البريد الالكتروني

• اذهب الى الملف الشخصي

• اضغط على "طلب البطاقة التطوعية"

• Visit the Sharjah Volunteer Center website: https://sssd-volunteer.shj.ae

• Register and create a new account

• After completing the registration stages and activating the account via email

• Go to profile

• Click on “Request Volunteer Card”

لاصدار الشهادة من منصة متطوعين الامارات، فم باتباع الخطوات التالية:

• زيارة الموقع الالكتروني (www.volunteers.ae) 

• تسجيل الدخول للحساب الشخصي

• الذهاب ل"الملف الشخصي"

• الضغط على "الفرص الخاصة بي"

• فوق الجدول الي يلخص مشاركاتكم التطوعية بتحصلون "للحصول على شهادتك او الرسالة اضغط هنا" اضغطو عليه

• اختارو وثيقة ل"فرصة"

• اختارو الفرصة الي تبون تصدرون لها شهادة

• والنوع حطو "شهادة"

• واضغطو على "تنزيل"

العدد الاقصى للمرفقات هو 3، حيث ننصح بان تقوموا بارفاق اي من هذه الخيارات لاتمام التسجيل

اجمع بيانات وثيقة اتلعارف لتقوم بتعبئتها لاحقا عند تقديم طلب مشاركتك. البيانات المطلوبة ستجدها في الصورة التالية. يجب ان تقوم بتعبئتها باللغة العربية فقط

Collect information from the information document to fill out later when submitting your participation application. The required data will be found in the following image. You must fill it out in Arabic only. Note: Use Chrome to translate the page to ease the filling process.

كون التقديم للجائزة لا يتطلب انشاء حساب، ويكون من خلال تعبئة نموذج الكتروني. فيجب عليك التأكد من توفر كافة المستندات قبل التقديم.

Applying for the award does not require creating an account, and is done by filling out an electronic form. You must ensure that all documents are available before applying.

المستندات المطلوبة أثناء التقديم:

• صورة شخصية للطالب   

• صورة من بطاقة عضوية التطوع الصادرة من الجهات الحكومية أو الأهلية  

• إفادة من الجامعة حديثة باستمرار الدراسة موجة للجائزة

•  صورة من بطاقة الهوية الشخصية يمكنك إضافة المزيد (من جهتين)

• صورة من جواز السفر (المواطن: صورة الجواز وصورة الرقم الموحد / غير المواطنين: صورة الجواز و صورة الإقامة) يمكنك إضافة المزيد (من جهتين)

• رسائل تزكية من المؤسسات أو الفرص التطوعية او 3 تقييمات عن الأعمال التطوعية موقعة و مختومة (اختياري) يمكنك إضافة المزيد (من جهتين)

Applying for the award does not require creating an account, and is done by filling out an electronic form. You must ensure that all documents are available before applying.

ملاحظة - Note

يجب عليك تعبئة كافة الخانات في الموقع للاتمام اجرائات التسجيل. في حال لم تكن تعرف ماذا تضع في احد الخانات، يمكنك التواصل معنا، او قم بوضع اي اجابة.

You must fill out all the fields on the site to complete the registration procedures. If you do not know what to put in one of the boxes, you can contact us, or enter any answer.

ملاحظة - Note

بعد اكمال اجراءات التسجيل في الجائزة سيظهر لكم رقم مرجعي، قوموا بالتقاط صورة للرقم، ثم قوموا بالتواصل معي ع الخاص للتأكد من انكم قمتم بالتسجيل بشكل صحيح ولحصر عدد المشاركين 

After completing the registration procedures for the award, a reference number will appear for you. Take a picture of the number, then contact me privately to ensure that you have registered correctly and to limit the number of participants.

You must fill out all the fields on the site to complete the registration procedures. Here we explain to you all the steps for registering and filling out the electronic form

14.   بعد تعبئة كافة الخانات، اضغط على حفظ. للتأكد من تسجيلك بشكل صحيح في الجائزة، يجب ان تظهر لك رسالة تؤكد تسجيلك مع رقم مرجعي كما هو موضح في الصورة التالية. كما سيصلك بريد الكتروني فارغ (بدون اي كلام) من الجائزة يؤكد استلام طلبك

15.   قم بتعبئة هذا النموذج الالكتروني لنتمكن من التأكد من طلبك وتقديمك الصحيح. ولنحصي عدد الاعضاء المشاركين في الجائزة (رابط الفورم الالكتروني: https://forms.gle/m9v4kwBvFA3jhmyVA )

14.   After filling out all the fields, click Save. To ensure that you are correctly registered for the award, you should see a message confirming your registration with a reference number as shown in the following image. You will also receive a blank email (without any words) from the award confirming receipt of your application

15.   Fill out this electronic form so that we can verify your application and submission correctly. Let us count the number of members participating in the award (link to the electronic form: https://forms.gle/m9v4kwBvFA3jhmyVA )
